2. Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check: FREE

a. Click on New Record Check (Volunteer Only).
b. Print your results and submit them to Coplay Sports at the next monthly board meeting, or email them to [email protected]. .

3. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Background Check: $21.35
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has changed to a new electronic fingerprinting vendor, IDEMIA, for Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) criminal history background checks.
a. To begin the registration process, go to https://uenroll.identogo.com
b. Enter 1KG6ZJ as the "Service Code". This is the code for "Pennsylvania DHS Volunteer".
c. Click to Schedule or Manage Appointment. You will pre-enroll on the website with an in-person appointment at a later date.
d. Enter Personal Information and click "Next". There will be a handful of screens with personal and employer information. Once you are through the series of questions, select the document you plan on taking with you to your appointment.
e. Search for the closest location using your zip code; Allentown looks to be the closest option. You can select a specific appointment time or specify that you will be a "Walk-In". You will then receive a pre-enrollment confirmation.
f. Email your receipt to [email protected]. .
Reimbursement will not be granted should a coach/volunteer decide to abandon their position before the official end of the calendar season. All reimbursements will be given at the end of the season.
